Is this truck mostly for kids events?

Definitely not! The truck is fun for all ages. Kids love firetrucks but so do adults. We would love to come to any corporate event, provide education about the truck and firefighting. We have even been asked about weddings and send offs for the bride & groom. If you can think it, we can do it.

How do I book an event?

First step is to fill out our inquiry form on our website. Someone will get in touch with you within 24hours and talk over the details. We do require a $100 deposit to secure your date and time and will send over the online waiver needed for the event. If you need to change your event day/time, we ask that you do this at least one week in advance.

What if my location is not highlighted in green on your map?

If your location is outside of the green highlighted areas, but still in the Greater Houston area, don’t worry! We do require a fuel surcharge in this instance but we can still make your event work. We typically charge $1/mile if your location is out of our typical area. We would be happy to provide you with a quote once you send us the address of the event. Just chat with us and we are more than happy to explain all of the details.

What can I expect when you come to our event?

Depending on the type of event, we will work all the details out with you ahead of time. We do need an area to park the truck (it is 35ft long), that is blocked off and out of the way of traffic. We will have the truck filled with water so bonus space for water games is needed.

What if it rains on my event day?

If rainy weather is an issue on your event day, we will work with you. You will have the option to reschedule free of charge. This includes poor driving conditions for us, as well as unsafe conditions for fun outside.

For the wedding package, when can we expect the truck?

For all weddings, we will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the getaway time. Once we arrive, we will contact the wedding coordinator to make sure we are set up perfectly for your grand exit. We will have lots of time to take photos before and/or after. We can do a full lights and sirens getaway.

How do I pay?

We accept multiple forms of payment. At this time, we accept Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, cash or check.
